Working with Dana Gas UAE for the development of their headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, was a comprehensive project aimed at creating a dynamic and functional workspace for all their staff. Collaborating closely with consultant Sama Designs and contractor Contrade, we embarked on outfitting a substantial area spanning 7,000 square meters across seven floors. Our approach began with understanding the diverse needs of the managerial hierarchy, from the chairman's office to executive suites and meeting rooms.

With a focus on both functionality and aesthetic appeal, we planned and executed the furnishing of 20 executive offices, alongside 20 fully equipped meeting rooms. The scope of work included providing 1,000 ergonomic office chairs, 650 workstations complete with storage solutions, and 10 fully equipped kitchens strategically distributed throughout the facility. Additionally, we addressed ancillary needs such as storage and archiving rooms, comprehensive cable management solutions, and other essential amenities.

Despite the scale and complexity of the project, we ensured attention to detail and adherence to the allocated FF&E budget of EGP 7,500,000, delivering a workspace that seamlessly blends functionality, comfort, and aesthetic sophistication to meet the discerning standards of Dana Gas.
